モバイルバッテリー（その他リチウムイオン電池内蔵製品を含む）の発熱・発火事例が報告されております。すべてのお客さまに安全・安心にお過ごしいただくため、当ホテル内でのモバイルバッテリーなどのご使用について、以下の通りご注意いただきますようお願いいたします。 

• 外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えください。
• モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合は、以下の場所でのご使用はお控えください。
  ・直射日光の当たる窓際
  ・ベッドやシーツ、カーテンなど可燃性の素材の上
• 充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにも、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願い致します。

ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保の観点から、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーの充電停止もしくは位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Notice on the Use of Mobile Batteries (including other devices with built-in lithium-ion batteries)

There have been reports of overheating and fire incidents involving mobile batteries and other devices with built-in lithium-ion batteries.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your attention to the following points when using such devices within the hotel:

1. Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when leaving your guest room unattended (e.g., when going out).
2. When charging mobile batteries from portable electronic devices or using the room’s power outlets to charge mobile batteries, please avoid the following locations:
   • Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
   • On beds, sheets, curtains, or other flammable materials
3. During charging, please ensure that the device is placed in a location where you can personally monitor its condition at all times, in order to prevent any possible accidents.

During room cleaning, if any of the above situations are observed, our staff may stop the charging or move the mobile battery to a safer location for security reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
