What should I do if I lose my room key?

A

If you lose your room key, please contact the front desk staff.
Room key loss fee: 1100 yen (tax included)

Do you have a curfew?

A

The front entrance will be locked after 24:00. You can unlock it with your room key, so don't forget to bring it with you when you go out.

Please tell me how to handle lost items.

Is the accommodation tax charged separately?

A

The accommodation tax will be according to the accommodation fee. Please pay separately on site. (Under 7000 yen : Tax Free)
Between 7,000 yen and 14,999 yen per person per night : 100 yen
15,000 yen and 19,999 yen: 200 yen
20,000 yen or more: 300 yen

Is there any room for long stayer?

A

We welcome to guest who has a plan to long stay at our hotel. Please contact to us by e-mail (info@cordia-osaka.com)

Can you issue a certificate of accommodation?

A

Yes, we can but, it takes time to make it, so please let us know when you check in. We will give it to you when check out.

Can you issue a receipt?

A

In the case of local payment, it is possible to issue a receipt. If you have already paid through another reservation site/travel agency, please contact the place where you applied (payment).

Please tell me the room rate for children.

A

There is no child charges(preschool). Those older than the age for co-sleeping(over 6 years old) are included in the number of adults.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

A

Yes, You can send it. Please send your luggage before 2~3days ago from check-in date and contact to us about your luggage information (info@cordia-osaka.com)
When sending luggage to the hotel, please write the date of stay and the name of the guest on the invoice and send it to the address below.

*Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated/frozen items, dangerous goods, or cash-on-delivery items.
*If you use a travel agency tour, please also fill in the travel agency name.

Can I bring the non-guests in my room?

A

We do not allow strongly Non-guests to enter the guest room floors for the secure to the guest. Please use the lobby.

Can I cancel or change the reservation through a travel agency or other accommodation site?

1. Booking from Our official Web site : Hotel can modify directly, please request to us
2. Booking from Travel Agency site : Request to each Agency site which you made booking by yourself. (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, C-trip.....)

What is your cancellation policy?

A

Cancellation charges are as follows.
*A separate cancellation policy may be set for each accommodation plan or day.
1. Before Check-in date : 20%
2. Check-in date : 80%
3. No-show/non-arrival without contact : 100% of the accommodation fee.

A

Under 7 Age is free charge (preschool child)

What should I do if I am late for check-in? (late check-in)

Early check-in: Yes (*it may not possible by room situations) if you want early check-in, please contact us at least a week ago from check-in date.

Extra fee: 1 hour 1100 yen per hour (Tax included)

Time: Up to 13:00, After 14:00, one night will be charged.

Can I ship my luggage from the hotel?

Can I leave my luggage before check-in/after check-out?

It is possible to store your luggage before check-in time.
After check-out, we will keep your luggage until 23:00 on the same day.

What about food and drink delivery?

A

The hotel does not provide food and beverage delivery service.
Guests may order their own food and beverages, but please note that the front desk will not keep or contact them.
Non-guests are not allowed to enter the guestroom floors, so please be sure to pick up your food and beverage at the lobby.
